With two decades of experience in the field, we thrive to plan, build, and complete some of the best projects in Real Estate in compliance with the international standards. DIRECTORS
Ms. Anam Sarah is a graduate of Fatima Jinnah Women University in Business Administration. She is a Gold Medalist of batch 2007-2011. She has done MS in Management Sciences and with thesis on Corporate Social Responsibility-A Case Study of Real Estate Business in Pakistan. She has served as the faculty of her university, Roots IVY and has taught IGCSC courses at various reputable institutions in the Federal Capital.
Major Hassan Javaid® is an enthusiastic and energetic Director of Operations since January 2021. Director Operations plays a pivotal role in the heart of any business. The officer oversees all operational aspects of company’s strategy, helps set strategic goals and is responsible for the flow of operational information to the Chief Executive and the company board. He also oversees the various requirements of operational and administrative chattels of each company’s project. He directs and coordinates actions across the company related to Human Resource, Administration and Security. The officer is married with three kids.
Previously Worked in EYFord Rhodes Chartered Accountants, a member of Ernst & Young Global (EY) – Islamabad Office. He joined the firm as trainee student in 2005, continued with the firm as Supervisor and worked his way to become Senior Manager Indirect Taxes. Currently working in Sapphire Builders and Associates, one of the most esteemed organizations in the construction industry, as Director Finance, he monitors all the financial and taxing for smooth running of multiple projects.
About the Architect
Mr. Jamshaid Khan
Opal Mall and Executive suites is a magnificent and artistic structure sketched by Mr. Jamshaid Ahmed Khan, an eminent figure in the real estate industry since last decade. Mr. Jamshaid Khan was born in 1976 & did his Bachelor of Architect Degree from National College of Arts, Lahore. He founded his company Jamshaid Khan & Associates (JKAA) in 2007.
His company got registered with RDA, Bahria Town & DHA in 2011 and with CDA in 2012. The prominent projects to his name are Kohistan Tower, Pyramid Mall, Dominion Mall, Mumtaz City Head Office, Gulberg Arena, Capital Icon, Axis Mall, Burj of Bahria & Icon Mall etc. At present, he has more than 100 prime projects under his name that speaks of his dominance in the field of Architecture.
