Pakistan Army and Frontier Corps Launched a New Program, ‘Education for All’ in Tribal Areas

In a commendable joint initiative, the Pakistan Army and Frontier Corps (FC) have embarked on a transformative journey to bring education to the forefront in conflict-affected tribal areas. The newly launched program, “Taleem: Tolo Da Para” (Education for All), in collaboration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, marks a significant stride towards ensuring that the light of education reaches the darkest corners of the region. This collaborative effort aims to empower the local population, particularly the youth, by providing access to quality education and skills development.

Reviving Education in Conflict-Affected Areas

The heart of this groundbreaking initiative lies in the revival of educational infrastructure in regions that have long been affected by conflicts. Nine pilot projects, including areas like Mohmand Tera and Dara Adam Khel, have been strategically chosen to make education more accessible. These projects are expected to benefit over 4,000 boys and girls, bringing hope and opportunities to those who have faced the brunt of instability.

As part of the comprehensive program, 24 dormant schools have been reactivated, breathing new life into educational institutions that had succumbed to the challenges posed by conflicts. This revival not only symbolizes a commitment to education but also lays the foundation for a brighter future for the children of these areas.
